Why there isn't a full Italian version of DA2 but there's one of ME2?

Thank you for the informations...It's a good practice listening it in english the only problem is that I can't watch the game with attention when I couldn't understand something.
Is there a subtitle toggle? I thought there was one for DA:O. That way if you can't understand it spoken, it might be easier to read it, too.

With movies, i do not need it, but with games, i find it prio, since sometimes i might miss a word or two.

There is a german version, yes. But translation sucks. Cheap german voice actors and sort of puppet theatre style rranslation isn't really something I can enjoy, so I figured it is worth learning english enough to understand is as well as german. The worst thing that can happen to me that I accidently buy/order the german version of a game.
This is so funny but I think you're right a bad translation is worse than no translation.

It's probably because English, German, and French are the working languages of the European Union, of which Italy is a member.

You should know Italy is a founder member and about working languages Italy won a legal proceeding.

A certain line of questioning from Pulp Fiction comes to mind.
Could you be more explicit please?
