You can get Sebastian in Act 2 after doing his quests in Act 1. That's how I did it. I thought something was wrong as well until I got his quest right at the beginning of Act 2.

I don't mind no 'hanky panky' scenes. Is kissing allowed in the chantry? lol

Anyway the other two male love interests are pretty cute so I can try them out in the next play-throughs!

None of my achievements for the Prince unlocked either. But, I really liked the game, plan to play it several more times, and it will be something to look forward to getting in the future.  I am sure there will be a fix out for it at some point.

How can I download him? Ive been a bit dubious since I didn't get some of the stuff I should have i/e. the Tomes, because of an issue with my account, but now I can't even find the place to buy him since I'm considering it again.

LOL, I love how Im a "fanboy" for preordering the game and getting the DLC for free and telling someone who clearly has issues with the company to stop posting on their forums. 
Youre like those nonsmokers who go sit in the smokers area at a place and then complain about how it stinks... nobody is making you post here, nobody is making you buy their games, these are YOUR decisions, yet you still whine and **** and cry about it.

And next time try harder to hide your jealousy that you didnt get the DLC for free.

Lol. You fanatical blind fanboys are funny. Always ready to advocate ripp-offs no matter how senseless they get. You are not capable of critical thinking, and would prolly still advocate their bs even if they sold you the game for 3 times the normal price.

And no, I don't hate BioWare, I just really disslike their recent (EA) dlc models. Selling all kinds of crap (micro dlc), senseless day one dlc, all kinds of weird dlc deals like dr. pepper dlc for ME2, etc...

I'm not sure about any kissy-kissy goings on, lol.  I can hope though.  I romanced Anders my first playthrough then I found out that if you want to romance Seabass you aren't allowed to flirt with ANYONE to be able to complete the romance.  I had to stop flirting with Seabass after that.  Bioware made it pretty strict this time around.   So to combat this I'm writing my own fanfic to take that relationship further.  Yes... I'm a total nerd.

Dunno if anyone said it, Sebastian is the only male that isnt bi-sexual and as for females Aveline is the only female you cannot romance.

On another note, anyone know when they plan to patch the game so the DLC Achievements work???

You'll find everyone is having this problem.  Why, I'm not sure??  I've played through twice now and nothing unlocked yet.  Will have to wait until they patch it or something before going through for a 3rd time. It's incredibly frustrating.

Have the glitches in the achievements unlocking for ther DLC been fixed yet? I have a file save just after I met up with Sebastian and waiting to go. Not complaining, just curious.....considering between ME 1&@ and DA 1&2 this is only the 2nd glitch I'ver encountered across multiple play throughs on all 4 games. So Bioware's got nothing on Bethesda when it comes to selling glitchy games. Fallout NV still hasn't been completely fixed.

I'm wanting to know if I need to create special saves for the DLC acheives during my 2nd play through or if since I already have them according BioWare's network if they'll automatically appear when they fix this.

 oh thank the maker! haha, i though i did something wrong when it wouldn't let me recruit him, all of the others you have to recruit in the 1st act. on a slightly related note, there is this quest in act 2 or maybe 3 called "who needs rescuing." the letter tells you to go to the wounded coast, but there is no quest marker there at all and no open caves. what's the deal?
