 Hawke is fully customizable, which includes both weapons and armor?

Armor will not change for allies,(Only during certain intervals in the game) but weapons will?

Any word on how many appearance changes? Also, could you change them back to a previous outfit if you so choose?

(This is minor, but I would like to know, and I haven't seen anything about this so...)
