hey all only played DAO and DAA on console so how does DLC work on PC? is it located inside the game in someting similar to 'extras' or do you have to go to the website to download/buy them?

In DAO, there was an in-game menu that had three tabs. The first was for DLC that was available for purchase. It said how many Bioware points you had, and had a link so that you could go to their website and purchase points. The second tab showed your purchased content available for download. When it finished downloading, they moved to the third tab, which showed your installed addons.
It worked pretty well for me.
