He's more annoying than anything else really, he's not exactly coming out and saying we suck, he's being subtle about it.

Half of the people here are nuts. Quarian/Human baby? That is so stupid. They show a Quarian's face, and they'll become the new Volus.

Wait, what do the Volus look like? I was unaware they ever left their suits also, yet we don't see as many people freaking out over them on the board?

The volus cannot leave their suits for two reasons. One, the atmoshpere they breath is poisonous to all other species, and vice versa. Two, they live in such a high pressure world that, in normal pressures, their flesh would actually split open. So, the cannot leave their suits unless on a volus specific ship, or their own homeworld.

Also, quarians and humans could not have babies, unless the quarians reproduced like the asari. There is a reason humans cannot have sex with monkeys and make monkey-human babies. Even slight variations in genes would not produce viable offspring.

In the future I'm sure genetics are advanced enough to make humans and quarians compatible using advanced genetics technology and research.

Actually, I don't think it's possible. Quarians are dextro amino while humans are levo amino (if that means anything. If it is, I'm all for it, if it isn't well, I guess Shepard and Tali will have to adopt.

Which would they adopt? A human baby? A quarian baby? Another species?

We'll discover in ME3 that everything that is happening now has happened once before... Shep x Tali's child will become the Cosmic Starchild of Prophesy, which will in turn defeat the Reapers and become the new Volus master race, which will set things up for the next cycle. - Niftu Cal, Confessions of a Biotic God

This is what the Reapers really look like:

Reapers are at least 35 million years old. This is only 150000.

This is precisely the reason why she should NOT be unmasked. Everyone has their own thoughts on what she looks like and no matter what, someone will be CRUSHED.

So what? I would rather be crushed and know what she looks like than forever be dissapointed that the face was never shown. Cause damn. You can't please everyone, might as well please a few.

They would have to get vaccinations for every disease they could possibly come into contact with and then times that by 17 million. I don't think they can do that sort of thing cheaply.

Yes, I understand that bit. They couldn't be acclimized to every environment. But they could at least vaccinate themselves to be able to function on, oh, I don't know, THEIR OWN STERILIZED GODDAMN SHIPS. Or the Citadel. Or ONE WORLD. Or something.

I mean, seriously. There are people who have lived their entire lives aboard space stations, like the citadel. Hell, one of Shepard's histories is living aboard ships most of his life. But none of them have to wear enviro-suits. I mean, they could have easily just said "Quarian atmoshperes are poisonous to everyone but Quarians, and vice-verca." But the whole "gotta wear suits, all the time" makes very little sense. In the codex entries and tali's dialogue in ME1, it was basically implied that they could go suitless on their own ships. But they can't in ME2.  what the hell happened while shepard was gone?

Its interesting because according to Ascension, Quarians can live without suits on the flotilla. They just choose to wear them for privacy. This however  is contradicted in ME2.

Not really.....it was never stated that they didn't wear suits on other ships.  As for why they had suits on the government ship Sheperd visited....well, they had to by the very nature that sheperd, and his bacteria laden self, was coming on board!  At to the fact that the Government ship was probably the primary vessel for all aliens to dock, and it makes perfect sense!   That said...it 'MAY' not explaine why the Quarians on the research ship visited during Tali's loyalty quest had suits.  One explanation might be that they were reciving 'contamintated' get parts from all over the galaxy though.....

Well wait, doesn't Tali explicitly say that they choose to stay in their suit aboard the ship anyway?

To be honest, I'm not sure.  It would make sense....why even take the risk of contaminations?  I am just offering counter points for those people who are stressing why the quarians were in suits when we met them on the flotillia.  It's not as big a plot hole as they claim.
