Cillian Murphy is one of my many favorites, though I'm not sure if I like him better as a good guy or a bad guy.
He portrayed a good guy pretty well in Inception. But I think he's too nice when it came to the Scarecrow and he was only good at the creepy aspect, I think.

Jeff Bridges (The Dude)
Bruce Campbell
Liam Neeson
Samuel L. Jackson
Harvey Keitel
Steve Buscemi
Johnny Depp
Leonardo DiCaprio (used to hate him but he's great these days)
Brad Pitt (12 Monkeys / Fight Club / Snatch / Inglorius Basterds)
Phillip Seymore Hoffman
Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Charlize Theron
I tried to think of actresses that I like and it's really hard! It seems like they're most often just thrown in movies as a sex symbol and not for their acting talents.

If I had a clearer head I'd probably mention others, perhaps above that bunch (and I notice they're all male; so much for balance) but I don't so I'm having trouble bringing many people to mind. It's first thing in the afternoon, after all.

Other than her, just to name a few, I have a pretty big list, Sharukh Khan, Gene Wilder, Tim Curry, Nathan Lane, Mel Brooks, Ed Wood, and Tommy Wiseau.
(I'm a sucker for movies so bad that they're good. I swear, 'The Room' is our generation's 'Plan 9'.)

Johnny Depp - Pirates...love'em.
Sean Connory - accent, badassery, looks...everything about him is awesome.
Samuel L. Jackson - "Say what one more time"
Morgan Freeman - Dunno why but I just like him
Brad Pitt - Inglourious basterds was simply amazing and I couldnt think of any other actor for his role.
Clint Eastwood - .
Tom Hanks - You can tell that he's really passionate about his role in pretty much every movie he's in and thats why I love him.
Heath Ledger - R.I.P
Al Pacino - He's awesome.
Bruce Willis - He's awesome too.
Silvester Stallone - He's very high on my list (Not in this list but the list in my head).
Ofcourse theres a lot more but I dont feel like typing anymore.

Off the top of my head, I would say Charlie Sheen since he's a total ****in' rock star from Mars. Every day or two, he comes up with more memorable "Sheen-isms" that I find either amusing or having me at "WTF?"
And his dad's kind of The Illusive Man.

Brad Pitt- looks great even as age sets in and is an awesome actor
Morgan Freeman- brilliant man and just has to be himself to act really good
Denzel Washington- powerful actor who invokes a lot of emotion
Ben Affleck- both as an actor and in the looks department
Leonardo Decaprio- even though he's losing the looks he's still awesome as an actor
James Franco- completely adorable...oh and he does look good on the screen
Eric Winter-
Ryan Philippe- Rihanna's got good taste
Channing Tatum- Does surprisingly well in action movies
Jason Statham- Kicks ass all the time
Jet Li- Not good as an actor, but as a martial artist he's just awesome
Jackie Chan- Acts better than Jet Li and still kicks ass
Chad Michael Murray- Don't know about his acting...but he sure lights up the screen anyhow
Eddie Murphy- Always liked his movies
Actresses:
Geena Davis- Stars in my favorite movies Cutthroat Island and A Long Kiss Goodnight, love her!!!
Jessica Alba- My definition of a perfectly beautiful woman, she's half-latina and down to earth
Halle Berry- Overrated yes, but she can act and her movies are enjoyable (except...Catwoman
Viola Davis- Pretty underrated actress with enormous potential and good acting
Angela Bassett- She keeps to herself and seems to have a concentrated audience/fanbase, but she rocks
Uma Thurman- Like her better in action films but she's cool in all genres (Kill Bill made me love her)
Sigourney Weaver- Loved her in Alien and a phenomenal actress
Natalie Portman- Does great in her films and deserved the Oscar
Keira Knightley- Love her acting, she's not prissy or overrated
Queen Latifah- Makes me laugh, beautiful woman that doesn't resort to Hollywood standards of beauty
Monique- Same as Queen Latifah, she's gorgeous and has a wicked sense of humor
Goldie Hawn- Hilarious, especially in her older films (Private Benjamin, Overboard)
Whoopi Goldberg- Intelligent, doesn't let anyone bring her down, and has a universal appeal
Michelle Rodriguez- classic tough girl who hasn't lost her appeal...to me at least
Most Hated-
Justin Beiber (please...don't even sing for that matter...I don't have Beiber Fever...I have Beiber Allergy...Severely)
Any Rapper (Common, 50 Cent, please stick to rapping...and don't offend my movie screen with your tasteless ilk)
Adrien Brody (ugly doesn't begin to describe him, can't stand looking at that horrid honker of his)
Woody Allen (nasty old perv)
Patrick Dempsey (don't see the appeal)
Steve Harvey (he just isn't funny)
Cedric the Entertainer (not very entertaining)
Martin Lawrence (looks like a class A jerk)
Paris Hilton (needs to be taken back to her kennel)
Any singer, rapper, or athlete who tries to act...please just stick to what you do and leave the acting for the actors.
