Should a gtx 480 max dragon age 2?

Im thinking of upgrading from a gtx 285 since my card cant do dx11 and i want to play it with dx11 due to game looks pretty bad without it.

This is not Crysis. You don't need extra expensive card to max this game.

So ill be above reccomened for dx11 i have 570.

Yep, you are set!

Depending on your resolution, you probably wont be able to keep up a steady 60 frames but it will always be playable.

No one really knows, since we don't have any version of the DirectX 11 engine available except in the half-finished state it was in the demo build. But judging by other games, particularly those co-developed for console, I would think a 480/570 will be absolutely fine at 1920x1080 and below.

Smooth experience all the way! Still, some slowdowns possible during the heaviest fights but you should have no trouble all the way.

My 3.5ghz i7 6gigs of 1800DDR3 ram and GTX480 cannot max out the game. I currently playing High settings with AAx2 AFx2 @ 1920x1080

same i have the exact same specs as you ryu750. i cannot play the game on max settings.
