Why is there a different game being played on the Dragon Age 2 webcast page? Darkspore, to be precise? :/
Because it links to the EA Livechat, which is the DAII one.

I liked the Q&A session,
but I'm a little annoyed that my question didn't get answered, so I may
as well as you guys: Will companions have proper conversations like
Origins or will they just say a line when you click on them like
Awakening?

Basically it was a "BUY ME" session. That's why they changed it in the last second to be a Facebook only chat. Total fraud as a Q&A chat.

There were thousands of people watching.
The great majority of them don't know the things we know. We have developers here all the time answering our questions. The chats are for people who don't frequent these boards.

Still no great hair styles or things
worth feeling like they improved at all.... I'll have fun playing it
even if it looks dated and still lacks decent hair options or abilities
to customize it.

... blabla ... EA is an evil empire ..
More importantly, they still haven't given us word on the toolset patch so we can add our own.

Noting, of course, that very few people who do not access these boards or other sources (Wikia, gfaqs, danexus, etc) would have any idea that the Q&A session ever occurred.

They advertise it on the EA site, on the main DAII page, and on their Facebook.

Because the average person regularly views EA's website at all, view the DA2 site repeatedly and never comes to the forums, and follows DA2 on Facebook and notices neither the forum nor any other resource which reposted the news?

Did anyone record the Q/A? I hope to see it on youtube soon.

We recorded it. It will be available once the processing is done.

so how do you get the blood dragon armor?
Gamemako wrote...
Ha, indeed. I interpreted the change to Facebook as a way to force players without fake Facebook accounts to post real invitations to their friends. Very EA-like marketing.

Actually, we switched to the Fb chat because we had around 4700 people on the chat asking questions. Too many were being asked and we couldn't pick them out. The Facebook chat was calmer.
Or, if you prefer, it was a huge conspiracy.
