Should probably send a notification to ustream when you're going to be doing something important, so they can have someone police the chat.

Just so situations like atx agent is doing right now (spamming a long bolded italics list of A's) does not occur during the stream.

I DID say during the stream.

That way they can focus on the stream and not have to worry about policing the chat themselves.
