As it says in the title; what major decision that converts over do you think you'll end up regretting as the story progresses?
My main import will be a human noble female, married to Alistar and I talked him into sleeping with Morrigan. I have a feeling I'll end up regretting The Dark Pact and possibly killing Flemeth. Other than that, I hope none of the little side quest effect anything like: Mages Collective, Chantry Board, Blackstone Irregulars. Heck I didn't even finish them all.
I was thinking about making a mage, doing the romance with Morrigan and joining her in the other side of the portal with the child, but I want to find out what the end result will be.
What decision do you think you'll regret?

I doubt little side quests will have an impact in DA2. Most of the side quests in ME1 didn't affect ME2 at all and the side quests that DID affect ME2 basically just sent Shepard an email.
I killed Connor in all my playthroughs, that may bite me in the ass.

Guess I'd have to see a list of all possible DAO choice consequences but... generally, none, since I'm cooking up a playthrough specifically to carry over.

Wait, you can import save to shape how the world will be in DA2, just like in Mass Effect? I don't recall seeing anything about that anywhere...

I don't think I'll regret any of them, even the ones that I already know don't work out, like making Harrowmont king. My PCs do the best they can with the information that they have, and that has to be enough. And if something doesn't work out, it will probably make something interesting happen.

Here here. My first run is always my canon. I make my bed and then I lay in it. If I choose to import (I'm undecided as of now) it will by my first run, worts and all.

I have a feeling I will regret not killing the Architect. He said he wants to free his people, and what will stop him from trying to reawaken another Old God? And if that goes to crap...again...leaving the Darkspawn alone will be the Warden's fault.
And if Flemeth holds grudges...whoo boy. *hides under rock*

None. All the epilogues are rumour and hear-say, and the sequel is based on the word of a storyteller.

In what I had intended as my canon playthrough (my first one), poor Alistair wound up a wandering drunk. Pretty much everything else turned out fine but... that made me sad.

I'm only going to import from one file for all DA2 games, and I made sure I did everything I wanted to so... no regrets.
WAIT!!! I just remembered, I was planning to kill Oghren and Sigrun in DA:A by leaving them at the keep, but I forgot about that and upgraded it... so... not that it will matter, but that's my one regret.
