I mean, if you pre-ordered through a retailer offering the deal and done so before the end of the deal, you should be ok.

In English: Yes, since you pre-ordered prior to Jan. 11th, you should receive the signature edition, assuming Gamefly doesn't run the way of some other retailers and "run out" of signature edition boxes.
