Will you go with or without the blood smear on Hawke's face. I think it looks pretty BA.

I'll go without it. I dont get how blood will stay on your face that long without flaking off and it makes more sense to assume that Hawke isnt a complete slob that doesnt bathe more than once a year.

Looks like a retarded 5 year old who has been eating food and has ketchup in his face. My Hawke's face is going commando.

Rogue Hawke will have it off for me.
Warrior Hawke will ALWAYS, have it.
Mage Hawke...Sometimes.
That how I'm going to play.

If you have the mirror of transformation, you can remove it I think. I like it. I mean, I gave my Warden a tattoo, and was one of the only characters who had one.

Well it depends on when the smear become available to us for use. If i can i wont have it on my mage until after he gets the Blood Mage spec.

I guess it is a blood mage thing.

I have to say no... if it was only shown during combat, than yes, but 1. that's not the case and 2. that would be kind of pointless.

The Blood Smear is why I almost didn't buy DA:O even though I like Bioware RPGs. I am really glad there is an option to turn it off.

I'm virtually certain that the smear is an either or thing - either you have it all game, or you don't.
The only way to alter that would be with the Mirror, as I understand it.

Well if the blood smear had a effect on you in DA:O then you must put up some vids, cause the smear is DA2 only.

I think Hawke looks good with it. Why don't people like it?

Well, do you generally leave blood, or mustard stains, or dirt on your face for extended periods of time, or do you wash it off?
Me, I wash. That's why I don't like it.

Without, it looks awful and I cannot believe that Hawke will not wash his/her face for 10 years if it is still on their face through out the time hops

I think it really looks better when you have the "Hawke" armor on that you see in the trailers, I guess.
