was mid session having fun, hit up Tenchaka for grunt and moridy. when suddenly, all space bar clicks threw me to Desktop. i restarted computer and issue went away.

then i load up and now it's telling me it can't load my saved game due to not having Firewalker Map Pack and Normadny Crash site. BOTH of which are downlaoded and installed. and for good measure i deleted. and re installed them and still get same issue.

any help would be greatly appreciated before i turn it over to Ea/Bio cust support.

I cannot load my saved game because it tells me crash site isnm't installed. I downloaded it from the website andrecently changed email address and the above happens any ideas HELP

You need to log in with the account that the DLC is registered with. If you have changed account details, you need to contact EA support to get them to move it across.

I have the same Issue with Overlord, Arrival and Kasumi. I managed to complete two playthroughs with all DLCs activated and now, two months later the game refuses to authorize them. I did not change anything at all and didn't touch ME in the meantime.

My account has not received any changes either and I can log on fine. In my registered Promotions the DLCS all show up.
