I have played though the game a couple of time with out this (s1229.photobucket.com/albums/ee462/Jayson_Beekman/ ) happaning. It seems to happen only where NPC are.
Does anyone now how to fix this?

I have a Intel Core i7 2.67 GHz with 6 GB of RAM running on Win 7 64 bit. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260.

I found out that my GPU had a driver update and it fixed the problem. Prolly should of been the first thing i check...
