 Hello, I hope this is the proper place to request help, but I figured this is more or less a site issue, this would be the best place to put it.

The Problem:
For the past week, I have been unabe to view my character's profile in player profile section. When I go to "Profile Diagnostic", it says "Invalid Persona/ Game Combination".

*EDITED* Solutions I have tried:
1) I have contacted EA about this 4 times already. They have been no help what so ever, telling me they will contact a senior about this and within 24 to 48 hours I will get a response. That was 3 days ago and still nothing.
2) I have continuosly hit refresh button about 14 times to see if that did anything... and it didnt since that is what someone else recommended as well.
3) EA finally got in contact with me by email. They said everything looked fine, but to clear my system cache on my Xbox and set the clock to 11/05/2005. I did that and that did nothing, so I sent them an email back. Now I await a response again.

So, should I continue to just patiently wait for EA to hopefully respond to me, or is this even within their control?

I don't believe so. I had Dragon age Origins for PS3, but since my ps3 got messed up and I traded it in with all my games, I took out Dragon Age for the PS3 on the site, and just registered my Xbox version. May that have anything to do with it?

Maybe your PS3 persona got mixed up with the one from the xbox. try contacting a moderator.
