I don't know which one to choose for my Female Mage  Some don't sound as good as others but I like what they mean (i.e. Hecate, Nemesis.) The ones in Bold are the ones I like most... help me! how should I call my first FemMageHawke!?

In games where you have a lot of control over dialogue and/or character design, I tend to just use my real name if it fits the race and if I'm playing as a male character. I'll modify it as appropriate if it's an elf character or something that wouldn't just have a normal human name (and fortunately my name is pretty easy to change in this way as it has loads of different forms in different languages). If it's a female character, I tend to pick Alex for a female (this just comes from what I named my main character in Dragon Quest III) but of course will use something else if it's meant to be an elf or dwarf, etc. 

That said, I've just realised as I write this that I've used those names for my male and female Wardens in DA:O, so it might be odd if they get mentioned by name in DA2 - I guess I'll just import the alternating save for DA2 (so male DA:O save for my female DA2 playthrough, for example).

Fem Hawke Warrior -- Aefthreth  (Olde English - Aef = Noble / Threth = Strength or Power)

Male Hawke Warrior -- Aragorn  (Obviously, the hottie from LOTR )

There's a whole 'nother thread about whether people should name one of their Hawkes 'Ebon Hawke'. I'm doing that for at least one of mine.

Other than that, my canon Hawke will be called Caston. I just love my username.

It's hard to find something that sounds stylish next to Hawke. Poor Carver, like the last name wasn't hard enough to bear. Something starting with J for me, I usually find the inspiration once I did the face first.

I tend to use "Z" names for my canon females in games, if I have the choice. They tend to be black too though, and that wasn't an option in Origins. I want my kick-ass Grace Jones option, damn it!

If I can, my female rogue will be called Zandra ("Protector of Humankind")

My male warrior will be Cutter.

My mage, whichever sex, will either be Lyria or Lyrius.

Those are the first two I plan to play with. Yes, I'm sticking with a mage despite the fact that I got slaughtered in the demo. XD I also didn't much care for the default name of Garrett, but Gair stuck with me better. And I have no idea where I got Dalenka, but it sounds cool. Gair's gonna be a grumpy bastard. *chuckles*
