I have just completed a complete (paragon) re-run through ME1 and ME2. When I say complete, I mean that I have completed every side quest I can find, read every secondary codex, listened to every convo and cutscene. I did this in anticipation of ME3 to make sure I had a full understanding of the universe. I'm quite taken aback by the number of things I actually missed whilst thinking I knew everything! lol
I am fascinated by the E-mail Shepard gets from the Batarian, Mister-Ganak Ej'hal Esq, in respect of him requesting 20,000 creds for Prothean Technology from Ilos, which is currently under quarantine on the Citadel under the Cultural Ministry. Its stated that the technology is not a hazardous threat and just needs reclassifying.
I was wondering what could this be? Could it be Vigil? You cant act on the e-mail, so I presume it will be taken further in ME3, or why would it have been included in the game? (ME2)
Anyway, as I keep thinking what could it be, I thought id just put it out there to see what everyone else made of it.

But surely a quick check with the ministry would confirm this. Does he really beleive that Shep would just part with the creds without quickly checking. I dont beleive its a scam, well maybe but there has to be more to it imo
