In the piggyback guide recently posted in another thread it mentions sebastian as a Chaste romance.....

WTF!

So we get 2 female LI and 3 Male? I DEMAND a 3rd female LI! since you're trying to be fair and make all LI bi anyways(assumed but hinted at by gaider) why the heck would you do this?

I think that the Seb romance is 'flirt-only' and not that much action to be honest.
So he will probably be more like a NPC that you can flirt with.

It claims in the guide he is a full romance but chaste
