 Can anyone point me in the direction of a list of all the release offers?  It seems that there are a dozen different ways to unlock unique content and items before the game releases.  While I certainly can't afford to get everything, I am trying to decide which deals are most important and easiest to get.

If this information isn't already expressly listed somewhere, would someone mind posting it here?

Currently, I know of the pre-order deal, DA:L facebook unlocks, Razer product unlocks (?), and a super-early pre-order that I missed out on.
