So this is the thing: I downloaded the patches that unlock DA2 demo's character creator and inventory. Thanks to this I could try to import my own savegame to my DA2 playthrough, and the demo would give me a short resume of my DAO playthrough when clicking on the desired save, I did it just for fun.
The story so far provided did not match any of the savegames mentioned. It said Loghain was a grey warden, he killed the archdemon and that Connor was dead. None of those were true.
Is this error because I used these patches when the "savegame acknowledgement" was locked in the demo? Or did I just corrupt my savegames by doing this?
Are you guys sure DA2 reads properly the savegame files, or it was my fault for patching the demo?
My "hacked" DA2 demo doesn't import my savegame properly.

Everyone gets the same plot summary for a given save file, no matter what you actually did in Origins. I imagine it is because the ability to translate save file flags into a nice summary for DA2 hadn't actually been implemented when the demo was released. Your save files should be fine, don't worry about it.

Everyone has the same problem. It's likely it doesn't actually import anything and uses a temporary placeholder of some sort.

The save game importer is not a feature of the DA2 demo; therefore, this is not a demo technical issue.
End of line.
End of line.
