My first install of DA:O Ultimate Edition via Steam went fine. I beat the campaign with the integrated DLC's and played a bit of the Awakening expansion. However, I recently tried re-installing it a few times and and I can't get to Awakening at all. When I click on New Game, it just takes me to the cutscene of Origins rather than giving me a choice between Origins or Awakening. I remember that the first time I clicked on New Game the first time I ever installed, it did give me the option between the two games. I've even tried to delete Documents\\Bioware\\Dragon Age folder and the Dragon Age folder in the steamapps folder after uninstalling the game, but results have been the same.
Also, I'm not sure but weren't all the DLC's included with the game install? I don't remember having to wait to download them through the 'Downloadable Content' module of the game, but that could just me remembering incorrectly or the game doing it in the background.
Due to these changes, I feel like for some reason, the game now acts as if it's vanilla Origins with all DLC's enabled. Anybody have similar experiences?
Dragon Age Ultimate Edition behaving like vanilla Origins?
