I just killed Marek, which netted me 11,000 xp.  I picked up his antitode, but I don't know if I actually have to use it on all 6 of me to be cured or if that part is done and I get a 10 use antidote as a reward.  What's the skinny?

Don't fret - you're cured just as a result of the encounter.

Yep. I think the text (something like):

"You have been cured of Marek's poison" comes to textfield, when you end dialog and the fight with Marek begins.

You don't need to take even a sip from the Marek's antidote (95% sure).

Plus I remember that Lothanders antidote part is just normal antidote.
