The problem is that Bioware/EA shouldn't have announced it if it wasn't going to be available for everyone. I thought I was safe ordering from EAstore, but never again. Like I said, they better have my sig ed goodies linked to the registration code or I'll rip them a big one. My UE download was a mess until after I spoke to 2 or 3 CS reps.

According to the EA site the pre load will appear on EADM around 4pm PST.

Same here . Simply put, they don't know jack. In the very least, they told me my order was being processed, so I guess that's good news.

The game is already in my EADM with an email stating that it is available for pre-load.  That should not have happened and the CS reps know relatively little any time I contact them.  I usually end up with a manager having to contact me.

Whoever posted that is wrong again I have downloaded as have many other people. Once it hit 12pm CST(10am PST, 1pm EST) I got the email stating it was avaliable to download and I was able to download it 5 mins later (after spamming refresh my games)

If the download isn't suppose to be available until 4 PM PST the they shouldn't have sent out emails saying it is now available for download. Someone screwed up and it's not the customers.

Instead of jumping all over getting worked up look at the forum post I gave, it is a EA dev that has given information stating that it will be available on EADM starting at 4pm PST. I am not however stating that 18:00GMT  is 4pm PST.....Maybe reading would do you a bit of good as I am trying to provide the information that you want, maybe a little thanks? That might be too much I suppose.

Just put in an order today with D2D (yeah, coupon!) and it immediately showed up for download of the preload files for the game and manual. As noted above, the only downside is that it indicates the actual release isn't until 10AM PST on Tuesday. Hopefully they will change that if midnight is the official release, as OP Chris indicates.

Ok can someone clarify this for me:

I live in Sweden (western europe). If I pre-order the game thru ANY available digital "store" what applies to me then is this; pre-dl on the 7th and play on the 10th?
Even if the store website shows game release as the 11th? I'm confused

THose are included inside the actual game so unless your retailer went and took off the wrapping took all the codes you will be getting the items. THose aitems are for anyone that buys the game knew. What I think you meant is no Fadeshear or Shield of Orlais or any of the PREORDER items.
