I'm UK and the countdown expired 50~ish mins ago too on the steam store page but according to the unlock post it's due to unlock at 00:00 gmt march 11th which is in about 5minutes so hopefully it will go live in the rest of europe too at that time.

Done! For Steam game in Italy switch servers to France!

sign in and out if your having problems then you should see a play button in your library, click that to unlock the game files then you can apply the texture pack.

I have had that "play" button on steam for hours. I'm still not getting anything after i press "play" on the launcher also... wtf?

if your using vista/windows 7 you need to allow it access, alt tab to see if you missed the popup but if it says play you should be able to run it. I'm off now to play - cyas in about a week :3

i had bought dead space 2 on steam and dragon age 2 on steam... no codes, then i went onto the ea site/ the live chat in support, told them the score, they asked me my ea registered email address (the one i use in both da2 and dead space 2) and within a few minutes it wa sorted... in short.. "get onto live chat on the ea support site"
