Yeah....I live in GMT+ 5:30 and it says 14:30 local time. So, 00:00 Alaska time is confirmed!!

I contacted EA already and they don't have a clue. One guy told me I should check at midnight because he thought it would work, then he said of course it may not work until 03:00 but he didnt know why that time was on the disc check and not 00:00. Basically, like I said, they have no clue

It needs to be midnight for your timezone or eastcoast or whatever. That's the whole reason I got the digital download

That's odd. I think Chris Priestly and/or Fernando Melo make a mistake about the 24 hour system. In the 24 hour system 00:00 marks the start of day X and 00:01 is 1 minute past the start of day X. It looks like Fernando somehow thinks that 00:00 hour is the end of the day. I assume that somehow he thinks there is still an 24:00 indicating midnight, but in this system there is no such thing. 23:59 (1 minute before the start of day X+1) is followed by 00:00.

I downloaded from Gamersgate.com and it is downloaded onto my mac. However, whenever I try to install it, it asks for a code that I don't have. Is that the unlocking that I have to wait til 00:00 for?

Weird, I am currently in Asia and should have been able to preload it since at least the 5th, but it still tells me the game is "unavaible" and doesn't let me preload it... what the hell?

I'm all pre-loaded and ready to play. I'm getting 3:00 a.m. from the time checker, so it would appear the unlock time is midnight PST. Disappointing, because that means I won't actually be able to play it until sometime Tuesday night after I get home from work.

I am in CST and it says 3am aswell and thats not PST because PST is 2 hours behind, not 3.

I think I will go to bed at 9:00pm on Monday and wake up on 4:00am to get a couple hours in before going to work! Luckily for me, I can fall asleep no matter when my head hits the pillow.

Question :

My workmate got his pre-order (for PS3) of DA2 about 4hrs ago, and is now playing it. My pre-order, and subsequently pre-loaded copy will not unlock via steam until the 9th now?

How is this so? There was no mention at pre-order stage that sony would be licensed to push this game early.

Can anyone expand on this for me?

For some reason I can't download the Pre Order bonus from D2D. Anyone know why? I Click the button, but nothing happens.

Retailers sometimes leak the game. yes with the PC version you have to wait until the Digital Distributor unlocks for you even if it was unlock you would still wait until the time and date of release control unlock.

Did you try restarting STEAM and the PC? Because I'm in ASIA as well and I pre-loaded the game on 2 PCs already with no problem.

Those of you who bought at gamersgate.com, do you have your serial keys already? I don't, and I'm wondering if that's an anomaly.
