The russian unlock time has changed from 12:02 to 14:00. Well, at least the game still releases on March 8th... But really BioWare, what the hell is going on?

Wow, I can't believe I'm about to do this after so much anticipation but I'm actually beat so, even though the game is supposed to be 'unlocked' in 37 minutes in Asia, I'm heading to bed. Totally beat after the day I had but I still wanted to say "HAVE FUN!!!!!" See y'all for DA3

Dear God... same here too. March 11, 2011, 10:02. I certainly hope that's not true, EAstore page said release date is 8th of March. That's why I brought it at first place. I even took a day of on Wed to play the game, if they pushed it back to 11th, I will be really really pissed.

Mine just changed as well. Yesterday when running the release date check it said 8 March 2011 11:00 , now it has changed to 11 March 2011 01:00.

Wonderful, now I have to wait till the 11th for the game to unlock, there goes any plans for playing tomorrow ;_;.

It would be nice to know, however, why the UK isn't considered part of Western Europe, cos right now 'cracking' the game is becoming a more and more attractive option.

Because it was basing off of Alaskan time and not the actual region you were in. Now its working as intended.

American here who wants to know why I have to follow Alaskan time. Seriously? Isn't Edmonton in mountain time zone? How are you guys doing a midnight release party when you won't be able to play the game for another two hours? (Or another four hours, for me...)

Concerning the question why xy is not considered West Europe or which country belongs where:

I guess that was to shorten the list. I would think that behind the scenes it's really handled by country as originally proposed. And that's where it comes to differing dates. Each country has it's own tradition / supply concept for stores.

As it seems, "West Europe" has many countries that release on Thursdays and that would be why they put it that way. And Scandinavia seems to have it set to Thursday as well, still there is no subdivision for "Northern Europe".

As I said, I think that was just done to simplify the list. Could be wrong.

the cake is a lie! OP said asia region is 0000hrs, which is now, but the release date check indicates that it will be at 0100? wt-eff.

And Fernando further commented on it and said that the release control is 1 time per region so it may be unlocked at 0hour for a region of asia that is a hour before you.
