I live in Japan and its 1:08 am and still not released. But my friend in Hong Kong said its available on EA Download Manager. But Japans EA Store doesn't even have Dragon Age 2 in the coming soon....lol

Steam goes on it own time. They don't follow the publishers.

Just a heads up for the people waiting for the Steam version: it most likely won't be available until at 'least' another 50 minutes. Valve are usually in-office at 9AM and it's currently 8:12AM in Bellevue.

EA store for Singapore region has changed from pre-order to Order Now, but steam hasn't release yet, i guess steam is releasing according to US time or some other time zone, i'm gonna sleep, i give up

It's March 8th 00:16 in Taiwan. I still can't play DA2

But it shows that DA2 will be unlocked at 1 AM on March 8th

Yeah but for example a game will unlock at 0 hour in the states they usually don't unlock it until 10am to 1pm. They rarely do zero hour unlocks unless of course its their own game.

And why in the world? would anyone choose the unlock times based off the Alaska time period? I mean, nothing wrong with Alaska - but it would more sense to base the unlock times off the time in San Francisco PST than Alaskan time.

Nah, mine is EA downloaded version, when I try to run the game, it will launch a Release date checker program, which taunt you with a release time that has been changed from 29 hours later to 3 days later, then 2 hours later again..etc. But since Steam is using it's own DRM, so I guess you won't see this counter.

It's kinda weird that the game releases in 50 mins for some people but we still haven't received the texture pack or the drivers.

It's 12:24 AM, March 8 here in the Philippines and I should be enjoying the game right about now, except the store is closed and earliest I could stop by the game store is 10 AM.

Shouldn't the DX11 download be available by now?
