Great, the game data now is already on my HDD, pre-loading through Steam is just as easy as it can be .... now all that's left for the release is waiting for my retail Signature Edition to arrive from Amazon, so I'll get my ingame Goddies as well (and yes, I bought the game twice, since I WANT to play the Steam Version of the game and there was no Signaute Edition available) ... I just dislike the fact that we europeans have to wait 2 more days than the americans. :-/

Yay! D2D changed their original time of 10 am PST on March 8th at the earliest to give everyone the activation codes to just March 8th. This might mean an earlier time!!! Awesome! And if it is based off PST like the unlocking status is I will get access to my activation code right around the time everything unlocks in my region. I am happy.

Yep, tried an asia VPN with Steam, no unlock.. Steam always screws up game launches..

That's what I did with the EADM, used a Japan VPN where's it's about 2:15am on Tuesday morning there. The game would open but not play till i used to the VPN. Now I am able to play it

Can you explain how to do that?

It's not just Americans, Canadians are also included and Asia is the earliest one to get the game so...really you should be frustrated with Asia, haha.

Quick update on D2D authentication keys....


The page now says, "Return to this page on March 8th, 2011 for your activation key". I'm not sure what timezone they are going by, but it seems they have dropped the '10 PST' bit. Thank God.

Well, I'm in Eastern NC and when I click on play to check the release time, it shuts my antivirus and firewall down...totally UNSAT!!!

What I'm using is FlyVPN, it has a free trial and has Korea and Taiwan servers.
Doesnt have Japan, but I think it's the same timezone as Taiwan

I paid for a VPN service for a month, waited till I saw someone, in an asian country that was able to play, set up the VPN under my network settings for their country, and set it so it would come on the moment the computer booted, then changed my computer's time zone to japan. Rebooted, and boom. Plus all my sig edition unlocks are installing also:

It's pretty annoying, I can play the game but I can't enter my signature edition license yet so I can't get the cool stuff, I'm gonna wait playing untill the codes start working =/

Thanks dude that worked perfect. Googled, Clicked download, chose free trial and got it without any trouble or even asking an email or anything. So now I am gonna play and talk and sing the korean national anthem for a bit.

Uh the license key goes to where you register the game not redeem promos. You have to wait until a seperate email contains all the DLC codes.

It's not just Americans, Canadians are also included and Asia is the earliest one to get the game so...really you should be frustrated with Asia, haha.

It didn't work for me on steam, but I downloaded it from EADM with Hongkong VPN.
