I don't have any experience with the EA store.  I pre-ordered off of the EA website for a digital copy a few days ago.  And while I got the order confirmation soon afterwards, that included the appropriate DLC, it has yet to show up on my Bioware profile items (like Haydens razor).  But more worrisome, is that my order shows up in 'My Games' on the EA website when I access my EA account.  But nothing shows up in my Games list or order history in the EA Download manager.

Am I worrying about nothing here, or does the EADM tend to be a bit shoddy about connecting information with the actual EA website?

I have a quick question, this now means, unlike with ME2, the second it rolls around to March 8th 12:01 a.m. I can immediately begin playing?

Pre-Loading is based on the region you live in. Pre-loading of digital versions begins at the following times:Russian Federation - 18:00 GMT on March 4th.
EA Swiss Sàrl - data order (05.01.2011) - no pre-load.(eastore.ea.com)

Why exactly it can't be 8th? I could *order* it from abroad and have it on my desk before it comes out here. And we are talking about a digital copy of the damn game. It's not like you need to supply the game with a manual on my own language. It... makes... no... seeeeeense. /rant

EADM is a little weird at times.  Mostly pre-ordering wise.  If you got the confirmation e-mail then I wouldn't worry.  Supposedly pre-orders are supposed to show up earlier on EADM but the couple of times I've pre-ordered through them it never has.  I'd wait till the time pre-downlaod is supposed to unlock, give or take a hour or so.  And if it doesn't show up, thats when you should be bothering EA.

As far as the DLC, you will be e-mailed a code, either when we are allowed to pre-download (they usually send a notifcation e-mail) or when the game launches.  If you don't get an e-mail by the time the game launches, if you go back to the EA website and look at your orders it may have a code listed there, usually they tend to e-mail it to you though.

Also, how does this EA download manager thing work? I've bought the game, but received no e-mail, and it tells me I have no purchases in my account. What do I do to download the game?

It's cheap. Like really, really cheap. For asians. For example, in my country, EA sells new games at 22 USD. Which makes sense to me, but probably not to you. I don't know any other publisher who puts out region specific prices, and I really like the feature.

Quite understandable, but this is directed more at people who can buy from Steam/Impulse/D2D for the same price.

So 2 days later for Brazil... they say it's supposed to be on the same day it's realeased on the region, but as fas as I know it won't be officially released in Brazil at all (the last Bioware game officially released here was PS:T)

I get the exact same thing. I pre ordered back in November. Couldn't remember if I got digital or boxed version and went to look it up a few months ago, nothing would show up. EA Support says the order is there but that was all.

Trying to log into today to see if anything is different and it keeps telling me wrong user and/or password. Even when I did a password reset and logged in via that.

EA Store has to be the worse On Line game store I've seen/used. Poor account/order management.

Is it possible to get a list of the digital retailers who are participating? Because D2D, when I spoke with them removed the sig edition orders from view at the request of Bioware, and didn't know a think about preload. This was about a week or two ago. It'd just be nice to know so all of us who bought digital can be better informed.

I still haven't got the pre-load in EADM. I'm in the asia region. sigh.
