Direct2drive download works, just states that we won't get the key till 10am PST on the 8th.

Well it shows up in my EADM now, but it won't let me preload. Just says "Unreleased" and is greyed out.

I swear Steam preloads aren't automated and are run by some guy sitting in a tilted-back chair taking a nap.

I received the e-mail that it is available for pre-order and sure enough it shows up in my EA Download Manager. However, it says "Unreleased" beneath it and I cannot figure out how to start the pre-download. I also have friends I know in real life (same time zone) who can start the pre-download. Anyone having this issue or know how to resolve it?

Currently DLing on EADM. Dunno when the PO bonuses are going to appear. Nothing's shown up on the entitlements section regarding DAII other than the demo download related stuff.

Drake, not showing up anywhere on my D2D account page or the download manager.

Edit: think it has to do with the Sig Edition preorders as D2D removed them by request from Bioware, and they can't even be found on the purchased games under account management.

Pre-order confirmation email also said that preload would start at March 4th, 6 p.m. GMT

Hmm. I submitted the order through the EA website on March 2nd, but it is still listed as a pending transaction on my bank account. Hopefully when the transaction goes through everything will show up on the EADM, but it feels strange that it would take two days on their end to process a basic transaction like this...

I placed it same day, and have the same issue. 

Not showing up the order history in EADM, but site and email and everything show the order submitted but pending.  And they already took out my money.  

Sent them a email.  Maybe they are just "behind."

Quick question for others who are downloading with EADM; what does your description/box art look like? Mine does not indicate that it is the Special Edition (much like the other ones I have do).

Mind you, under the account page (web, not EADM), it shows that there are something like 5 or 6 items on the order page.
