sort of but not really. It still works best on PC (based on demo impressions) its just everyone on here is complaining because the EA release date DRM for hard copies does not allow people to play before 0000 pacific which equates to 3am on the east coast, basically meaning no playing until the morning because staying up 3 hours for a game to unlock is not really worth it.

It feels like developers are killing physical media too.

I'm glad I manipulated my sleeping schedule for tonight. I woke up at 6 PM EST today, so I'll be playing through tomorrow. I work from home, so I don't have to convince anyone I'm sick. No boss FTW.

She shouldn't be playing DA2 already, it unlocks at midnight PST, which means it unlocks here on the east coast at 3 am. It has not unlocked yet, it is still another hour until unlock.

ty for that post i did the same thing with a certain at@ri game after the thing was busted even after a month of release..and was refunded 100% at gamestop...i dont plan on any bioware being released horribly wrong...i know the game will be worth it and they know what they are doing..

FAIL on this one. Seriously, I'm guessing this is EA's doing since Bioware isn't even a west coast company, but the fact that I have a retail disc installed and ready to go that I won't be able to use for an hour is ridiculous.
