None of the above! I pre-ordered the Signature Edition from the EA store. My license code showed up in the EADM after I pre-loaded it, but I have not received any redeem codes for the signature edition stuff, or the black emporium, or the sword and shield and so on

Mmmm...not sure since I do not have a digital version. But I imagine that would come after the unlock, yes? You're wanting the cart before the horse. Only reason others have it first is cause it has to be inside the plastic box whether played at 3am or midnight.

Charlie Sheen will be a new DLC character!  Would be nice if it had a voodoo doll like the one Morrigan had of Alistair's.  He could be a tank or sent out first to confuse the darkspawn with his bizarre babble.  It could be called the Epic Stoned Call of Confusion.

I know a lot of people have already spoken out, but I have to add my $.02.

This was a really, really, bad decision. My time is very valuable to me, I dont have 2 hours on any given day to ****** away for nothing. I have a full time job and commitments outside of work that severely limit the amount of time I can spend playing games like this. I planned this evening in advance so I could take advantage of a midnight release (which I dont normally do) and now a signifigant piece of that time is being wasted because the date check can't possibly account for time zones, not to mention console versions are already up and running. Why should PC gamers be singled out?

I agree with the concept behind a release date checker, but this was poorly executed. There's no excuse for this kind of oversight and it's sending a message of "we dont give a crap about your time" to all the consumers that have to wait extra hours to play.

Yeah. Bioware, you suck. I definitely would not have wasted my time going to a midnight release just to find out I can't fricking play the game even though I have paid for it.

When will companies learn that punishing paying customers will never stop the pirates. There hasn't been an effective way to stop that and their really won't be. I'm disappointed in all this, as I was in the demo. If this game sucks then I'll be pissed. Almost as mad as when I found out the cake was a lie! I still cry a little thinking of it...

Well given that I can redeem the codes for other stuff, and that I could register the game, all before official release date, I don't think it's quite unreasonable to expect that they ship my additional content codes to me before then. I've seen in other threads where folks got their codes and registered early, so I was kind of curious as to what my expectations should be about receiving said codes, and whether I was going to have to make some poor technical support representives life a living hell for a small period of time.
