Im going to Pre order the game with other retailer any tip for which i should go that HAS alredy PRE LOADING in effect?

I didn't receive an email, I just checked my account and the "pre-order" button had changed to "download".

Ariella: your game should show up in 'My Account' 'Games' when you ordered it. That's what mine did & I'm now able to download the game & the manual but not the bonuses. Looks like you may need to contact them.

The game they refer to is the Sig edition, and I haven't heard word one since.

I got the email from EA, saying do download using EADM, but when i look under my games and try to download, the download link is just greyed out and says "unreleased"

Apparently, all's well with my order placement. The processing is being delayed for unknown reasons and there's apparently nothing I can do about it.

Just finished pre-loading from Impulse. Now, I'm the sort of person that tries to start something, even if I know it's not supposed to work, and it didn't. But what I'm hoping is that they haven't plugged the correct times into their release server yet, otherwise I'm worried. I'm in the US, but I got this message back:

They have a few days to fix it, so I'm not too worried yet.

Not a happy camper either. I'm in Canada and it gave me this message:

Keep clicking refresh my games and it will pop up with download, thats what happened to me.

My Direct2Drive Signature Edition is currently pre-loading here in Los Angeles, CA.

Well I spent 20 minutes in chat with an EA support specialist (yeah right) who told me that the issue was more complicated than she could handle and that a senior support analyst will be contacting me within 24 to 48 hours. Uggh, if they fudge my download like they did my DAO Ultimate edition, I'll be ripping a big one. I had to chat with 2 different reps before I had all the content for my DAO UE.

Well, I pre-ordered the game on Dec, and a month later the charge was released - as I was told by the issuing bank, the merchant can't hold the money more than a month and they also can't charge me until the purchase is shipped (which just did not happened yet).

Woohoo. I am downloading the game now with EA Download manager. I guess I won't have to worry about a mass rush to download on Tuesday.

I had pre-bought the game last November. Hopefully this works without a hitch on Tuesday. 

By the way, I am in Toronto, Canada. It was Friday, 2 pm local time when I started the download.  I did have to refresh my game list in EA Download Manger first before Dragon Age 2 showed up as one of my games.

Yeah the EA customer support rep I talked to wasn't very helpful at all. When I asked if the billing system was backed up considering it's been two days since I made the order and it's yet to process, he simply said 'no'. If it doesn't go through by the time I get home from work this evening, I'll try and cancel it through EA and use D2D...which I probably should have done in the first place.

I am in NY and can't pre-load on EADM.  I got the signature edition.  Does D2D have it as SE still?

Not showing up the order history in EADM, but site and email and everything show the order submitted but pending.  And they already took out my money.  

Sent them a email.  Maybe they are just "behind."  

Well, talked to a EA support lady.  And she said my order was fine.  And that "once the game is released I'll be able to download it."  >.> Totally not what I asked.  But whatever.  I'll give them another day and see how things play out.

Signature Edition pre-order. Bought it back in January, preloaded it with EADM (Would have preferred a direct download without it, thanks EA). I have never had a problem with Bioware before, but I realize this is probably EA putting their damn finger in the delicious Bioware cookie jar.

Says I can play March 10th. I preordered it to have it ready to go the *8th*, you know, when I could have went to Game Stop and physically bought it if I chose. Not happy about this, better get fixed.

To clarify, I live in Texas, and while it's pretty far south, it's still not quite Central or South America yet.
