Any other Aussie's notice that on Steam it says 10th of March is the unlock date? What happened to the 9th of March release on Steam Christ Priestly? D:
according to an ea rep it may launch on the 9th like the post said, but dont hold me to it
Thanks.
I'm really jonesing for some Dragon Age 2... And I'm really, REALLY annoyed that Australia is getting screwed over via release dates once again.
Here's hoping it unlocks tonight.

someone's quote from a discussion he had with an EA Rep on Live Chat:
Alan: I would like to inform you that you do not need to worry.
Alan: Dragon Age II will release at the same time for others users too.
Alan: You can start playing the game at the release time of the game.
Me: In ~5 hours?
Alan: Yes.
Me: So you're saying Steam will rectify this issue? And I WILL be able to play at March 9th 00:00 ?
Alan: Yes, you will start playing the game at that time.
Alan: Do not worry.
So midnight AEST i guess i really hope so if that EA rep was fibbing ill be pissed
Australians let us rejoice for we can play early! ( allegedly )

They never said a word about a time-zone. May be it is a special Steam-stile time-zones, known only to a high-priests of digital download...

Meanwhile: Origins speed run. For first time I let Redcliff village die and it felt, good!
Isolde sacrificed for shallow Demon sex now off to Forest to get me some puppies.
I could get to like this bad grrl stuff.

There's most likely a silent "GMT" in there. Don't hold me to it, but I don't think they'd list them all as 0000h for each different country/area if they were all based off US times anyway.

Now that's annoying to say the least. And pretty silly too considering that I downloaded the game yesterday and bought it in december.
