You should get a email today (march 8, 10.00 gmt) saying its available.
Did you get a confirmation email when pre-ordering?

Poland here, it's 10:52. I'm guessing that they screwed timezones because we still can't preload. If I'm correct our GMT is +1 so it should be available here now. Also, I didn't get activation key. Anyone here from Eastern Europe ?
PS. Not to mention that Poland with bunch of other countries is a Central Europe not Eastern, but oh well...

Me: In the Bioware Forums, a Bioware employee said it would be released at midnight between Tuesday and Wednesday; however, Steam has the release date down as 10th of March (Thursday)
Me: Would you be able to confirm the release date of DA2 on Steam for Australia for me?
Simon: I really apologize, but have the information about the EA Store only and it is going to be released on Australia - 10th March at 1200 midnight PST.

Yep. I keep visiting the EA Store with my order number; shows that I did buy it well enough, but when I click on See Invoice I get the order information and some strange server error, which I 'm assuming may contain the DL link. It's about to be 10gmt where I live... I will wait a few minutes and go to bed all disgruntled if it doesn't arrive.
