Also good to know that Israel is located in Eastern Europe.
Bioware sure works in mysterious ways.

(it doesn't even need to be paid VPN access, but it will help if you want to buy software via the US or UK / EU storefronts.)
it takes as much effort or time as it does to download the 1gb HD texture pack or the DLC from the bioware site. i.e. about 6 minutes with a PC/mac reboot.
1 day 9 hour wait to play, vs free software that will 'unlock' DA2,
and allow me to buy it with a $30 discount from the australian steam store ?
yeah. easy choice.
i don't blame bioware much, but it's really starting to show how flawed their relationship to EA has become with this kind of malfeasance and ridicule of customers. EA is starting to really become annoying with their marketing dickishness, almost to the level of activision's.

And when it finally unlocks it will be 3 am in the morning and I need to be on the plane at 10.55. This is the last time I am paying to play anything that has budget bigger than 10 dollars.

Fun fun, got my copy a day early, and can't play. Was it EA or BW that came up with this idea to lock the game 'til release date? They can take their game and shove it up somewhere if they keep doing this with their releases. I'm a paying customer, when I get my game, I'm supposed to be able to play it right away. This is probably EA's idea...crappiest company after Microsoft. Damn, this is making me a bit upset
The fun thing is, that Ubisoft finally sees how faulty this policy is, and patches the DRM crap out of their games. Now EA happily hops into the bandwagon what is heading towards a gorge with full speed.
AC:B comes without their infamous DRM next week with extras to the PC, yay for that.

Thumbs up for Ubisoft, at least they make their releases more friendly.

I like how i have an IP address in the United States, and it said that DA2 unlocks in the US march 8th its March 9th and i am still getting the "This application is unable to run on guest accounts or Windows accounts without sufficient privileges. Please log in using another Windows account."
That sounds like more of account issue than a unlock. You need to be on an administrator account on Win7 or vista for it to work

Which windows version?
Win 7? Right click on game icon, choose "Run as administrator".
Try that.
