My post man was early today ( a first.......typical ) which means I have longer to wait until 12.00 tonight.

It's an absolute joke. Just had mine delivered, it's my day off work and I can't play because I PAID for it? Nonsense. I understand checking to make sure it's a legitimate retail version, but because I have it early I'm being punished? Bull. Total bull. It needs to stop.

I dont understand why there are different release times for Steam products.. i mean seriously.. it doesent matter if its going to ruin the competition with the local shops.. people who will buy from steam will buy there anyway.. specially if it was pre-order... whats the point in pre-ordering then?
Also.. why must they do it manually? Why can't they just program to unlock the game at 00:00 am day 10????

Seems a tad stupid to have different time locks on when I can start playing a game I have purchased. Last time I checked, I don't have to buy a coffee in Starbucks and be told when I can drink it.

well done bioware as far as i knew uk and ireland is located in western europe yet we have to wait a day after they do to play the damn game and never mind th face that technically they are at least an hour ahead of us, EPIC FAIL!

Cant really decide whats worse in this scenario tho. Is it :

1. The fact that Americans and Pirates can play the game before the rest of the world?
2. The fact that my digital distributor said 8th March on their site even 20 hours AFTER the release date.

Actually, here in Hungary the game has been released on MONDAY. (well... SE was only released yesterday) Still, the date check is for 11th, which is still quite far away.

Yep, EA is pissing off customers again. Just like with Dead Space 2.

This is happening in other countries as well. The UK is not alone on this one.

I'm from Portugal the westernmost country in continental Europe.

I agree 100% This is my day off and I cant play... I come from Australia... on the other side of the world but Im living in the UK this year and I thought the UK got things before Australia... But Aus has had to 2 days ago HAHA all my friends are playing it and laughing at me... If I new I had to wait I should of just got on a bus went to Paris and got the game by the time I got home and installed it I would be playing before UK even got it unlocked LOL HAHA... Oh well... at least I get the XMAS feeling!!!
