Has anyone any ideas on when we can expect to see some DLC? if theres an expansion it prob won't come until august/sept but even some dlc would be cool at this stage. anyone any ideas?

I think that one should play as a different race in the expansion; so as to fill in the void of not being able to play as another race. Should multiple expansions come out; each expansion should be a different race and all should have voiced protagonists.

But then again maybe this is a bit "REDIKULUS!" as they say in Harry Potter.

An expansion would be nice or a new game. After Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age II we now have a lot of characters in the world as well as regions. I still wonder about the child and Morrigan, as well as Flemeth's plans.

I wonder if something big is coming after both games.


My only pun is the quicksaves combined with normal saves amounted to nearly 600 saves on my first playthrough. Oh well, it cant be helped.

yea 40 bucks for a expansion was a joke. Especially considering how short awakeninngs was, that shouldn't of cost more than 25 bucks.
I'm not shelling 40 bucks for a expansion again considering how little content we got in  DA 2.

The end of DA2 is like the end in CoD: Modern Warfare 2! You kill the bad guy but there's war all over the world and what happens? You, the champion, get the hell out of there and disappear!!! HOW DISAPPOINTING IS THAT?!!!!

If I'm going to play any more BioWare games, then the masterminds behind this ending are going to come up with some serious content to pick up the end of this story! We even see the "Interrogator" asking Leliana what to do!

Mark my words, BioWare! You better come up with something good to continue this story!

Hopefully the expansion offers a variety of things needed for the original like variety of different locations and a better story to try and conclude Hawke's story.That would be another thing,an actual conclusion to the character.

I know, what if the expansion had a real awesome button, so that when you pressed it, it actually gave you a real plot and story. I don't know maybe along the lines of what they were promising.

well, unlike DA1 as i see it bioware has to choose between an expansion, or a third game following the same story ''the whole warden/hawke disapearing'' thingee. so either an expansion which sums up that story OR a third game. i think both will be hard to pull off. but then again we are talking about bioware

Yes they need an official expansion for da2 (like awkenings). One question the seeker are asking Varric has not been answered yet. Where is the Champion?? I would think he went else where so the expansion would likely take players to a new region of the DA world.

Im not sure where the source thread is, it was probably a couple months ago, I think it was Stanley who maybe that said they dont make enough money and it takes too many resources and that there will be more small DLC packs but no large expansion packs. If I find it I will link it.
