Last night my game finally indicated there was some downloadable content, I was a bit worried where those promotional gifts went to fater claiming them.
But now I finally could happily download and install both 'The Stone Prisoner' and 'Blood Dargon Armor'.
Even managed to play a little bit afterwards last night.
But this morning I am no longer allowed to continue playing, since my game contains content I am no longer authorized for.
It asks my to log in using an account that own this content, I only have the one account no others..
Has anyone here experienced anything similar? If so how was this problem resolved?

I had the same problem. There is a service called DAUpdaterSvc.Service.exe that needs to be running when you want to load a savegame with downloadable content. Usually I start the game and then I (re)start the service and it works.

Hi all.
I found another thread regarding this, so see if the suggestions in it can help you, along with those already suggested here.

i did the services.msc some time back and switched it to automatic...and "unlocked" all the DLC`s since i have deluxe edition of the game...Try right click on the dragon age content updater and hit the update button....and make sure that under the status icon the service is "started" and in "automatic"....it think that solved my "unautorized DLC content"....

Correction of my last post: Hit "manual" instead of "automatic" and the right click "update" click and make sure it is in "started" status...i think thats it...
