You can't SAVE both the Keep and City so what's all this about saving both?

They probably mean that they upgraded the keep so that while it got destroyed, it wasn't *completely* obliterated.  Don't all the companions survive you left at the keep when it's upgraded fully?

actually if you fully upgrade you CAN save both. The keep isnt destroyed just badly damaged. Also, if fully upgraded, all companions survive.

I don't believe this, in all forms no matter what you do (and I know I did everything cause I checked the guides and also had the 12:1 ratio from the silver order) the keep remains inaccessible but is REBUILT QUICKLY and he stands on the walls and says they are great.

Either way, the keep isnt completely lost, like the city, should you choose to let it burn. The ONLY endings that talks about the keep in "ruins" and not repaired is if it isnt fully upgraded. No one is really sure it is just how you interprit it.

that kind of makes me think the keep is saved should you choose to save the city and the keep is fully upgraded.

Placed Hardened Alistair on the throne, Alistair killed Loghain, and we were to be married.

Told Morrigan I would not kill Flemeth for her, so she left.  When she returned about the ritual, told her I didn't trust her.

Left Alistair behind and killed the Archdemon.

Did not import this save further, so rest will be all defaults.

Did a the "evil stuff" minus defiling ashes, so could keep Wynne. Anora queen, Alistair wanderi g drunk, god baby, preserved anvil and kept Shale out of the loop, killed off Eamon's kid so he could have a daughter (this came as a pleasant surprise).

I didn't play Awakening, didn't feel like it.
