Can anyone tale me anything about this like how they got it and where and their experience or anything in general?I know that its a world map encounter and that you get a axe out of a stomp and everyone thinks your king.

I got it only once. I just kept traveling around the map. You basically click on the tree stump and axameter is added to your inventory. I believe there are a few elfroots around but that's about it.

haha, it's a Monty Python and the Holy Grail reference. it's really just a joke, there for the lulz.

Frankly, it was pretty useless IMO, but I did have a good laugh when I came across it. I don't know the specifics, but I believe you just have to keep doing the little quests, and while traveling between towns it's triggered. I don't remember just how I got there.

Personally only came across it once, but here's the wiki info on it here. Very random and rare encounter. Try to travel more among Denerim and Elf Camp, as well as world map travel from Denerim to the forest areas.

I saw it once in all of my runs. I was too "WTF" as one of the people there looked like Teyrna Cousland (or at least I thought so at the time).

I got it once - on an old char I went back to when I fancied changing her Landsmeet choices. It was very funny. I've played numerous chars since then and never seen it again. As has been said, very random and very very rare.

Well I have tried the Denerim and Elf Camp and Denerim to the forest areas for two days,so I guess
I either have to do more quests(I did Broken Circle,Nature of the Beast and just saved connor)or I'm not getting it because I have been around the map so much I started drawing it.Thanks for the replies everyone.

U may not always get it on ur first playthrough. I know I think I've triggered it twice n that was goin from Denerim to the Elves n then vice versa the second thime. But it showed up maybe after I'd played about 4 or 5 playthroughs n then the second time after my 12th or 13th playthrough. Like someone said it's a very very random thing n very very rare. But it is funnier then heck lol.

It is an area appearing at random, and the odds of encountering the Strange Wood are extremely slim. I've only made it there once, and that was in my first playthrough.

A rare encounter indeed but ive gotten it everytime i ve looked for it i was on level 25 my last play through so level isnt an issue nor equipment or strength u just have to clear all random encounters going to brecilian outskirts from denirim save in denirim and travel to the outskirts keep reloading and going to the outskirts til it spawns may take what feels like forever but it will happen and the axe has two proposes it helps with rare loot, darkspawn dropping weapons and it helps raising your chances to get the random encounters in awakenings
