DLC Make it free, or you will lose customers through pirates

As
stated above, its outrageous i refuse to pay for a game that ive
already payed for, but if i pirated it i could continue my adventure, no
matter how big or good you make a DLC i just will not buy in to this
****.

Great game btw, not an excuse though x

BTW your website is a pile of ****, probaly the worst one ive come across only took 10 mins to find the dlc :D#

EDIT

"I completely agree that pirating PC games is wrong, we have seen the
effects it has on the industry, games coming out for console but not for
PC, halved assed Console ports.

But the fact is more people are
going to pirate your games because they will think they get the whole
package and if they buy it they will have to shell out another 3920 BW
points to get all the content, thats £30.95 or 50.39898 U.S. dollars. I
can buy the game for £14.99 pounds the DLC is more than twice as
exspensive than the game "

They take that dlc **** over from the xbox and wan't to do the same on pc, make you force to pay for a ''costume pack'' while we get those things free before the xbox even got released (map packs, new skins etc). I do understand that developers needs money but they already earn enough by asking 50-60 euros for a game. If they see that a game does not sale well they always blame the ''piracy'' no matter if it got pirated or not, pc users are always the ''bad'' guys on the net and gets blamed for piracy, they forget that the console games have a large piracy as well (XBOX 360 modified firmare and PS3 jailbroken stuff).

I know Crysis 2 got leaked and i am pretty sure the pirates will get blamed if that game doesn't sell well either (like they already blamed pirates for getting it on torrent sites because 1 of the developers of crytek leaked it).

Hmmm... so you're saying you refuse to reward good work that goes into making a video game? What do you want the developers to live on? your gratitude? Your immaculately spelled and well constructed letter of thanks? Why not go over to the Call of Duty forums and complain about the outrageous prices they charge for map packs? Now THERE'S shameless highway robbery.

Seriously, at least BioWare gives us our money's worth... most of the time.

XBOX 360 and ps3 games get pirated way before PC ones now, the only way for bioware to get more sales it to get customer loyalty and DLC is not the way to do this, it only makes me angry, that if i pirated the game i would get more than if a bought it.

I don't understand how these people can be so unapologetic and snippy when it comes to video game piracy. You don't hear shoplifters expressing such a ballsy sense of entitlement...

"Well, I bought the handle, why should I have to pay for the fxxxing razor blades? Your Honour"

people like you make me sick. do you have any idea, any clue how hard game developers work? how many hours they put into crafting a game, how much effort? the degree of creativity it requires to create games like the ones bioware makes? if you do not wish to buy optional content, no one, NO ONE is forcing you. but don't you dare come here, acting self righteous and threaten to steal content someone else sweated over. you have no right, you entitled little spoiled brat.

As stated i bought this game, and i try to buy games as much as i can, exspecialy from developers i really like, but when a company becomes all about money and not customers, they lose my loyalty.

Lets be ttruthful, none of us need to buy any game realased for any platform but we choose to, we even wait for the game to be released other than get it early thorough pirating.

That's because console games can get to store early and pirates buy a game and crack it.

But still, on Xbox Microsoft will ban your account while on PS3 I think it's the same thing.

Are you telling me you have never downloaded a game, movie, music or TV show?  If you say no, then you are a lier sir.

I do by best to buy games, with what little cash i have, but i wont state that ive never downloaded anything pirated. You sound a bit like a hypocrite to me, i only speak the truth. x

If the DLC was free, they would have ZERO obligation to make it or even distribute it over XBL.

Cry me a river. Really. The internet produces so many underdeveloped crybabies nowadays...

I've watched movies on youtube.  I've purchased games on 80% off sales with steam.  I never pirated music, because I prefer to listen to pandora or get CD's on sale from reputable retailers and make my own mp3 mixes, and hulu has most of the TV shows I'm interested in.

however, no matter what I did or didnt do, there's one thing I've never ever done.  I didn't come to a company websited and ****ed about unfair prices and threatened to steal their product if they don't give it to me for free legaly.  as the artist, craftspeople, creators - developres, voice actors, etc deserve t be payed.  they deserve to be compensated for their effort.  if you don't feel that the product is worth the price, there's a simple solution - DO NOT BUY IT.

its optional.  its not nessesary to enjoy the game and to see the entire story.  its the extra topings on your banana split or your pizza pie - you know the ones you ALSO have to pay extra for?

You expect additional content created more then a year after the game to come with the game?

Man up, get over yourself, and pay for what you use.
