yeah, when games like this, that have had a date for the game for a long time, and one that went gold way before that date, seems to ship their games to retailers and begins processing home deliveries a good amount of time before the street date.

i'm sure everyones retail copies at stores like gamestop/best buy etc are ready to go now... kills me theyre not doing a midnight release but i guess i'll knock myself out with drugs on monday night and be there at 10am on tuesday to grab my game, WOO can't wait!!!

I got my shipping confirmation mail yesterday for my SE version, so it should arrive Tuesday. However will the dowloadable content be live then? (EU version), since the official release date is the 11th.

I remember seeing somewhere on the forum that the dlc will be downloadable at 11/03/2011. I might be wrong, but i think its on the friday for us.

My delivery estimate from Amazon is still March 10, though I selected next-day shipping. I'm hoping for the best, but I should probably resign myself to having to read spoilers for 2 days. Oh horrors.

Just got off the phone with Amazon. The customer service rep said all Da2 orders are backed up and that we shouldn't expect then before the 10th. I ordered back in December. This sucks.

Game ships my preorders on different days. Fable 3 they shipped the Sunday before release and Mass Effect 2 they shipped the Tuesday before release. Both games arrived the day before release (on the Thursday). So i'm expecting my order status on Game to change any day after today really.

I haven't had an e-mail from Game.co.uk yet and it is my first pre order from them so I don't know know when they dispatch games

Yeah this is insane.  Amazon is not making me happy right now.  Next time I'll order directly from EA.

It depends on your area. Whether coming UPS, Fedex, or even regular Post Office, the time of delivery depends on where your house is at on that particular drivers route. Unless of course you did a UPS Next Day Air delivery (those are guaranteed between 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM depending on your location) then its guaranteed by those times.



I ordered mine from EBGames.com. I paid for the UPS Next Day Air option (only $10 for that, not bad). Their policy is not to charge the credit card until it actually ships. Strangely, my card was charged this past Tuesday (3/1/11) for the full amount plus shipping, then refunded the next day. I'm not sure if this was just a mistake or a way for EB to make sure funds were available (though why they'd do it a full week before the charge could even be made due to their own policies is beyond me).

But it didn't ship early or anything, and now I'm waiting to see when I'll actually be charged. Between the 1 day transit time and 1 day for handling, I'm wondering if I won't see my copy of DA2 until Thursday or maybe even Friday.
