Sadly, you won't get so many posts on this because people are more into complaining and putting down...hey Bruno?

We should all thank BioWare for the wonderful work they've put into this series. Without them this game would've never happened! They didnt HAVE to make a sequal, but they did. Thanks for everything Bioware, thanks for giving us this wonderful game that we will spend countless hours on!
Who says they didn't have to? Perhaps they were forced to make a sequel, perhaps they had a forced deadline as well.
I'm happy with any RPG Bioware makes. Whether it is Dragon Age 2, Mass Effect 3 or a new franchise. I don't mind them taking on more action packed RPGs. I didn't like the lack of inventory in ME3, it took things one step too far. But so did Jade Empire and I still liked it in the end.
What I'm saying is: I don't like how Bioware is certainly spreading itself thin since EA. Opening up more studios, being merged with other studios, etc. And then the rate on which they are pumping out games, I fear a strong decrease in quality is comming. I'm not talking about 'dumbing down' but about uninspirered areas and characters, lots of bugs, much shorter games, etc.
I'm not thanking Bioware for Dragon Age 2 until I played and enjoyed it.

You do know they did this to make a truck load of cash not as a personal favour to you, seriously you do get that. Plus It will probably have as many bugs as their last three games since they have not bothered with the wonderful work of Beta testing, They will definitely not be bothered patching they seem to be to lazy with that element of making games post EA.

You've always made the best RPGs IMHO and there's no reason to think DA2 will be anything less than great.

See I have enlightened another fanboy into the real world of finance. You obviously were as deluded as the OP thinking DA2 was done for the fans not the cash. I am sure thats not what they told the investors.:innocent:

I really don't care if they do it for money. More money means more games. You can't be a suffering artist in the video game industry--the technology is more expensive than a paintbrush. I don't care how greedy they are so long as their games are good. And, so far, they have been.

Handheld himself smells a forum ogre.
Handheld himself knows that a business is part of the deal however Handheld knows that the guys behind bioware love what they do and they do it because they love the fans.
Handheld thinks what bioware told the investors is their business but as long as bioware keeps delivering amazing titles to Handheld, then handheld is satisfied with whatever they do.

Oh cut the crap. Ultimately all of the game devs go for the money, cause guess what, they make a living for it? So we all know this, though there is an occasional exception but it does end up with money involved too.Bruno Hslaw wrote...
