Bioware can have my thanks in the form of my fangirl OH-MY-GOD-ASDFGHJKL screaming when I play the game.

That is acceptable, providing you can properly pronounce "ASDFGHJKL".

as-def-gahu-jak-el

There's a potential of making an error in there.

Is this good enough:

Seeing the reactions on bsn, I notice one thing.

Opinions are very mixed. Two camps, a real break. There is no half measure. Moreover, it lacks a half measure. :? And not only on the side of the camp criticism.

How many times have I seen people try to contribute by criticizing Bioware constructively, and how many times their topic has been closed because of some fanatics.

Troll whenever there is a criticism, it's ridiculous. Just as simply multiply the topics to scream his hatred. " Yes Bioware your game sucks."

Must understand that simply mean to thank you Bioware, is not the only way to be a fan, like to hear his love bioware and proclaim that we are already satisfied with what they do, doesn't mean we are a fanboy or a dumb.

One can love Bioware, but also help make better game in what is believed to be, pointing the wrong or right direction.

We can fully endorse what is done in complete understanding and agreement with his own thoughts of what an RPG should be and how it should evolve.

In any case there is a real intolerance on the forum. Some just made a topic saying that they canceled their pre-order, without being insulting. Why troll, and ask them to leave the forum ? I really don't understand the logic. :?

It is not because it dislikes DA2, it no longer loves Bioware, or need to react defensively. The player is already bitter, dissatisfied with what has been done with the game, why add more ? Just what is the point ?

I don't agree with certain things that have been made in DA2 or M2, which are very wrong for me to repair. It doesn't mean that I no longer love Bioware, or their games. Instead, I want them to do better, of course my interpretation of what needs to be better.

If we disagree with the criticism, why not focus on other topics? Or respond by struggling just to give an opposite opinion or contribute? Why still want to ridicule the players? It's stupid I think.

If the player is a troll, the moderators will close the topic.

Anyway, I hope it's internet that did it. :P

Otherwise, I will not thank Bioware, I have done and start again whenever I'm impressed, or that there comes the sudden urge to scream my love.

Right with you!

There are many things that I think could be done better with DA2 and I will continue to offer my advice to anyone who would be willing to hear it. To me this thread seems to be very aggressive towards the 'non-fanboys' if you will. It probably has something to do with bias as was pointed out earlier, but I won't move further into that territory.

You have had your great games in the past Bioware, but I'm not thanking you before I actually see that you have delivered a product to my liking (much like I hated the fact that Obama got the Nobel Peace price before he did anything).

For all my biatchin about the art direction and several other stuff, I have to agree - thank you, kind devs, for all your hard work; a towel for all your sweat!

... actually... it's not all biatchin, most of my criticism is directed at some rather controversial changes... but I digress.

Thanks BioWare!

Hats off.

Truly.

No kidding.

Not being sarcasting.

No, really, I'm not joking.

I am writing with the utmost seriousness.

It is truly amazing how opinions can change in a matter of days...

They're a video game company, what else would they do? Of course they had to make a sequel. The smell of money compels them.

Not really. The thing is, if you like the changes and have no complaints, you really have nothing to say. Threads like these are really the only thing to be said, but you see the way they are met.

The loudest crowd is often the smallest. Often you'll see the same people making the same criticisms and populating the forums with them. They're not wrong too, and that's their perogative, but I see people falsely take the assumption that they are the majority--or, in your case, half--of the crowd.

Thank you Bioware for all the hard work & creating great games that I enjoy. I'm looking forward to playing DA2 and hopefully I'll love it as much as your past games.
