Conjuror but that could be a specialization or tree and I'd be fine.
Warlock?

Engineer! Make catapults and ballistae and whatnot!!! No I'm joking, but personally I'd like to see something similar to the Arcane Warrior

I don't see anyone for unarmed combat, so that would be what I'd look for. I hesitate to say monk, but that's the fairly classic title for the class.

None. All DA needs is the classic 3.

I think that Mage Rogue and Warrior pretty much cover it all.

Those priests in the fade were relatively tough. Would be interesting to play; daggers and prayers, something like that.

Take healing out of the mage and put in a cleric with specializations.

DAO mages. DA2's mages look like their tactical options are fairly limited compared to DAO mages, so I'd add DAO mages to DA2.
Plus, DAO mages didn't do all that silly flailing about.

I dunno.... seeing as you can make a broad range of class styles by utilizing the specializations, I don't know what more to bring to the table. Warrior, Rogue, and Mage are the basic holy trinity of fantasy RPG classes. From there you can branch into any subclass imaginable, I think.
