First of all, sorry if I make mistakes because English is not my native language.

I would like to ask something. I want to change the email account of my Xbox Live account. Would I lose my ME2/DAO registered promotions if I do so? In other words: those promotions would be changed to my new email account or they would remain with the old one?

I don't want to create a new Xbox Live account, just change the email associated with the account I've using since I started playing with the Xbox.

Your XBox Live account is not your EA Account. Your registered promotions are connected to your EA Account.

Hi, I'm having an issue where I cannot download DLC's for DAII because the DLC registration is under my son's account, but the xbox is using my account. How do I fix this?

I tried deleting my EA account, but it says I cannot delete my account at this time. I've tried to delete this using different browsers and on different days this week.

I've been trying to link my Windows LIVE account and my EA account, but NEITHER one gives me the option to do so. EA has a place to list one, but it doesn't work, no matter how many times I try it. Likewise, Windows LIVE doesn't let me link them either. And again, NEITHER of them offers a simple phone number to call for customer service.
