CDON.com has promised to send it in time and the Norwegian postal system is rather quick while it's not december. if they send from Trondheim it will be here the day after, if from Oslo: 2-3 days after, from any city where it needs to go through Oslo: 3-4 days after.

I've ordered from the Game.co.uk website, and since new games are released on Friday's, i'll probably have to wait until monday to actually get the game.

During those days, i'll shut down my brain and be on auto-pilot

Eat, drink, use toilet, sleep

Rinse and repeat.

Don't do that. As someone who has to deal with angry people on a daily basis ("My drains are blocked!"--God only knows why they expect the Council to fix the problem when they pay their water rates to a private company), don't give the people who have to answer the phones a hard time. They're there to help you, not to be insulted, threatened or offended. Ranting and raving is only going to get you pegged as yet another crazy.

Be polite, be respectful and be patient and they'll feel more obliged to help you out--and take it from me, having a customer ask you how your day's been so far may just be a pleasantry, but it sets the tone for the whole conversation. Who knows? It might even help you get your game faster.

Heh point taken  I guess I wouldn't want to be chewed out over the phone for something I have no power over either
