I was wondering, do some content from EA games apply to Xbox 360 & PS3 if they are linked to the same EA account? for instance, Dead Space 2 Sir Isaac's armor, I got that content for Xbox 360 but was wondering would it apply to PS3, since you have to 'apply' to EA account?

Ser Isaac's Armor is cross-compatible between the PC and XBox360 versions. The PS3 version is unlocked seperately.

What is the only way to get the armor again?

The PC and X Box 360 versions come with a code that you can register on your account, which unlocks the item for those two platforms (for example, I played Dead Space 2 on PC, so I unlocked the item on PC And 360 with the same code).

For PS3, you have to play Dead Space2 on PS3 while logged in, and then you must play DA2 on the same account, or something like that.  I am not fully sure how the mechanic works, since I don't have PS3.
