The Qunari story/design was the best thing to come with DA2. Anyone who prefered the "humans but slightly darker!" design of them in DA:O is delusional, because it was about as dull as it got.

I don't imagine qunari will be a playable race but I hold out hope that we may spend some time on Par Vollen in the future.

The great big Behemoths are a good asset in the races of Thedas I think.

We have the slender Elves, short robust dwarves and the ordinary humans. In my opinion they complete the picture.

Now we only need te be introduced to the females of the race and (hopefully) some more facial difference and expression (like BW kind of did in MotA) for the males and something neat for them in DA3 to increase their role I would feel really peachy!

They originally planned to let them have horns, but they didn't know what to do with the helmets in DA:O, so they made it so that sten was a "special" qunari, born without horns.

Of course, it was still a bit weird when all the enemy qunaries didn't have horns either...

bring back the female qunari!!! :D they deserve to be in the next installment or atleast return of a dlc??
on wiki the pictures where made with qunari female and dwarf female. it would make sense to have all species with both sexes

if they were to make helmets, the should design it for the qunari only like something you can't pick up to fit in with the qunari. if sten were in the group I reckon you should make some available and specialised for sten only or any other qunari if looted.

Can't bring back what was never there to begin with.
But indeed, a romanceable female Kossith is one of my most wanted features for DA3. Instant buy in that case.

Gentlemen. I find a romance-able female Kossith a brilliant idea. Although getting a story into what situation would allow a male/female anyone to romance a Qunari would seem rather difficult. Glad it's not my job

Really, on the matter of horns, no Qunari but the hornless truly needs helmets. I can imagine a sword swing bouncing off most Qunari's heads. Besides, no character in Dragon Age II wore a helmet (apart from Hawke) so I doubt having a horned companion would create any kind of issue. A horned PC? Well, I do really want to play as a Qunari in the hypothetical game, and ultimately, I don't think it would cause great issue. You could just be limited to the hornless, or, the helmets could be invisible. That's what happens in every cutscene anyway.

Concept art doesn't mean a thing. Female Kossith were never actually *there* to begin with, no DA game has ever featured one. Bringing back means a feature that was previously there, but now not anymore, can be brought back.

Female dwarves can be brought back.
Female Kossith need to be introduced first.

I would love to play a female Kossith. Especially if she looks that badass. Also, if she can romance Sten. What? Yeah I said it.

I don't think playing as a Kossith is very interesting.
Either you play as a Qunari, who are basically forced to forego their personal interests and opinions in favour of those of the Qun.
Or you play as a (Tal-)Vashoth, permanently hunted by the Qunari.

Furthermore, it's very hard to weave into the narrative with other race options.

Tallis and Sten are both extremely interesting Qunari. Qunari can have their own personality, they just can't let things get in the way of their mission.

Tal'Vashoth aren't permanently hunted by the Qunari. If they meet a soldier Qunari they will be attacked, but other than that, Tal'Vashoth are all over the place being mercenaries.

It's obviously not that hard to weave into the narrative based on Tallis and Sten.

A Kossith playable character would be interesting, yes, but he/she woulld have to a Tal'Vashoth. Otherwise, the playable character would be quite ... static. A Saarebas (Qunari Mage) companion, on the other hand, would be EPIC!
